In-Home Support
The caregiver, however, may involve a service provider to meet the needs while they leave the home to work. IMPACT can step in and provide care in these situations.
Sometime a family member can work for IMPACT as paid support. At other times, the primary caregiver needs a break or to meet another need, IMPACT can help in these situations as well.
In-Home Support
+
Some of the services that IMPACT provides are a blend of time in the home (personal care, teaching meal preparation, laundry skills for example) and time in the community to pursue meaningful opportunities. An example of a situation that benefits from this type of service is when an individual served lives with a family member as their primary caregiver.
