Reba Moore-Gonzalez, BS, Staff Development and Intake Manager
I enjoy meeting new staff and assisting them with their onboarding process. Having the opportunity to interact with the individuals we serve makes my day! We have a great group of staff in the office and they make coming to work an enjoyable place to be. Educating the community about who we are and what we do is a fun part of the job.

Stacey Williams, BA, QP, Quality Manager
I began working in the field of case management almost by fate and have now been in the field for over twenty-five years. Throughout my career, I have observed many changes and challenges in the field that continue to bring growth and knowledge as to why I chose this as a career. I am happy to be working for IMPACT of the Piedmont because we provide an atmosphere where we encourage our persons served to grow as an individual regardless of what changes or challenges bring to services that are received by our persons served.

Peter Joseph, BA, QP, Community Qualified Professional
I’m a 1st general Haitian American transplant from New Jersey with over 20-years’ experience teaching and counseling exceptional populations in varying settings.“Working here at IMPACT is truly a team environment where we can utilize our individual talents to amplify the greater purpose which is to serve our community.”

Marlon Williams, MA,QP Director of Residential Programs
I find this line of work incredibly meaningful because everyone deserves the opportunity to maximize their potential. Specifically working with the IDD population, they deserve the encouragement, support and visibility as members of our society. They remind us that we should focus on their ability and afford them the tools to be the best version of themselves. Our chance to be their advocate is a treasured responsibility and although we may get tired or frustrated at times, we impact them in so many ways, more than they can express. In addition, IMPACT is making a difference in the community by ensuring that there is a place for the IDD population.

Brenda Maconochie, AA, Office Manager
I am a transplant who moved here from Massachusetts. I was looking for an office job after my last child started middle school. That was back in 2007 and I have been here ever since! I enjoy using my skills to support the persons served and the agency. It is a pleasure to work with IMPACT of the Piedmont, Inc.

Katrina Taylor, AA, Billing and Property Manager
I chose IMPACT largely because of the leadership. I have great respect for DeeAnna and Julie and knew that I would be working for an agency who puts the individuals first. I also knew that I would have the opportunity for growth where I could use my skills to support the agency.
