The Direct Support Professional (DSP) is the person right beside the person served. The DSP in relationship with the person(s) served is where the magic happens!

We are looking for the person who is drawn to this field for all of the right reasons and with a high school diploma/GED (minimum), reliable vehicle, auto insurance and approved background checks and screenings. 

DSPs are the heartbeat of our agency! We will happily provide your training at no cost to you. 

There are full-time, part-time and as needed opportunities with IMPACT.
